ADULT ACTING CLASSES
A fun, dynamic drama group open to anyone over the age of 18, regardless of experience or skill level.
7-8.30pm
see below for 2025 dates
The Gregson Centre, Lancaster
£8 a session, cash or card

Join us every Monday to cover the basics of performance on stage. With a range of topics to cover, from voice and intonation to physicality, and even a touch of the postmodern (such as performing with objects and more contemporary types of performance), this class is geared towards beginners, but can be enjoyed by all!
These sessions are safe and creative spaces where everyone can express themselves however they wish, and your session leaders - Eleanor, Archie, or one of our other wonderful facilitators - are there to help guide but never to tell you what’s right and what’s wrong in performance.
No need to book, but feel free to email info@threeleftfeet.co.uk to register your interest or to find out more.

These sessions will be hosted by Eleanor Goode, a local freelance creative and a BA and MA graduate from Lancaster University. She has been involved in amateur dramatics since the age of 5, and has been acting and writing her whole life. Eleanor’s facilitation style focuses on guiding beginners, adaptability, her own new writing methods, and clear outcomes!
